It's Monday...What are you reading?

A weekly book meme from J.Kaye's book blog!

Last Week:

Finished

Any Given Doomsday by Lori Handeland

(pretty sad that I only finished one book...I know!)

Continued
Frankenstein by Mary Shelley

The Making of England to 1399 (textbook for my history class)

listening to Interview with the Vampire by Anne Rice

Started

206 Bones by Kathy Reichs

This Week:

Finish Interview with the Vampire (I'm on the last CD)

Continue

Frankenstein
206 Bones
The Making of England to 1399 (of course!)

Start

listening to Seeing Redd by Frank Beddor

So pretty paltry line-up there...True Book Addict is slacking! Time to tighten up!

Happy Reading!

Thank you for visiting and taking the time to comment. It means so much.

I apologize for word verification, but as soon as I changed the settings from only users with Google accounts, I started receiving a ton of spam comments...within one hour of changing the settings. The bots are on high alert apparently.

  1. I *loved* Frankenstein, it's one of my all time favourite books. Are you enjoying it? I also really like Kathy Reichs and can't wait to read 206 Bones. Hope you have a great reading week :)

  2. I haven't got past the letters section of Frankenstein yet, but so far I like it. I know I'm going to like it...I loved Dracula. Different authors I realize, but to me they are of similar ilk! This will actually be my first Reichs book. I have a lot of her books, but have not got around to reading them yet. I have to get this one read as it's an Early Reviewer copy from Library Thing! I can already tell I'm going to like it.

Thanks for stopping by! Hope you have a great reading week as well =o)

  3. I still haven't read all of Rice's series...I would be cool to do that one day!

  6. J. Kaye-I have not read all the Rice vampire chronicles...I made it to Menmoch the Devil. I never read series fiction one right after the other. I decided to go back and listen on audio as a refresher, as I plan to pick up the series again on The Vampire Armand. I have read Queen of the Damned three times though!

Deb-Thanks! Halloween is my second fav holiday and I love Autumn. Frankenstein is also for the RIP challenge.

booktumbling-Thanks for the compliment! And I left you a comment on your blog 'cause I saw your award post last night. I am honored!

  7. I don't find it sad you only finished one book. There are weeks that go by and I don't finish one book. I am just that slow at reading. I try to take in the whole book. I shouldn't do that but I can't help myself.

    Great list you have.
