First of all, I want to apologize for the absence of
Cat Thursday today. I have a new internet connection at my house and it is a PIECE OF CRAP! I have already had a tech out and it still didn't help. I lose my connection constantly! So, I ordered internet through T-Mobile and will have it in a few days. It's more expensive than the other one, but now I see why the other one is so cheap...total crap...LOL! Anyway, I will be at my mom's tomorrow and all weekend and she has internet so...I'll be able to catch up on the read-a-thon challenges, etc. (hopefully!).
Regarding the read-a-thon, I didn't end up starting last night. I went to a free movie (
Going the Distance with Drew Barrymore and Justin Long...a good one) and when I got home, I was so exhausted I fell asleep until morning. Never happens! Anyway, I officially started tonight at 8pm. Started on page 249 of
Venetia Kelly's Traveling Show by
Frank Delaney.

Sorry to hear that you're having connection problems. Verizon once left me high and dry for almost an entire week. I was going thru serious withdrawal and driving everyone crazy enough that they were happier than I was when service was finally restored! *L*
