Cat Thursday: Authors and their Cats (10)

The second Cat Thursday of each month is Authors and their Cats Thursday.  Each time I will feature an author and their cat(s).

First of all, I'd like to apologize to my loyal Cat Thursday-ists for not stopping by your posts last week.  I was out of town and I came home Friday sick...and I'm STILL sick.  Ugh! I hope you will forgive me.  I will make a concerted effort to visit your stops this week.  I promise!

I apologize for word verification, but as soon as I changed the settings from only users with Google accounts, I started receiving a ton of spam comments...within one hour of changing the settings. The bots are on high alert apparently.

    I love the poem. I often ask my cats if I can trade places with them for one day, so I can sleep for 20 hours with impunity. Haha!

    I love that poem. The last lines are wonderful.
    Shakespeare cat is great, too. I'm rather fond of Shakespearean insults.
