Cat Thursday - Cats in Art (14)

Welcome to the weekly meme that celebrates the wonders and sometime hilarity of cats! Join us by posting a favorite LOL cat pic you may have come across, famous cat art or even share with us pics of your own beloved cat(s). It's all for the love of cats! (share your post in the Mr. Linky below)

What do we have in the cat art gallery this week? More delightful paintings by Suzanne Valadon. She must have been a true cat lover. Enjoy!

  1. Love this week's art Michelle - but would it be naughty of me to say that I couldn't help but notice your TBR pile today and it made me feel better knowing that I wasn't the only one currently buried in books?

Your blog looks lovely. Happy September to you!

  2. I love cat art! My favorite is the one with Raminou sitting on a cloth. Suzanne Valadon must have been a big cat lover indeed :)

  3. I love looking at these Art paintings. I really like number 2. That's the one with the lady holding the cat. She looks like a cat I use to own named Velvet.

  4. Utrillo's mother, talent ran in the family :)

  5. How lovely, especially that first painting.
