Many of my readers probably know that Little Women is one of my favorite books. So, when I saw this over at Bloody Bad, I couldn't believe that I had not heard about it!

The March sisters are back, sweeter and more loving than ever. But they’ve grown up since you last read their tale. That’s right—they live on as vampires. Readers will be agog and aghast at the hilarity of the sisters’ transformation—especially now that they have (much) longer lives and (much) more ravenous appetites.
This uproarious retelling of a timeless American classic will leave teens craving the bloodthirsty drama on each and every page. (synopsis from goodreads)
Hey...I wonder if Beth gets to live (technically) in this version?!
Wow, that's really creepy. I haven't read any of these "revised classics" with vampires, zombies and monsters but that do all have really good book trailers that make me wish they were movies. If you do read it, I'll come over to check out your review.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to have to get this one as well, have you seen the Little Woman mash up with werewolves yet?
ReplyDeleteThis one sounds very interesting! I'm going to have to add this one to my wishlist too!
ReplyDeleteI wonder about Beth too. Love Little Women, might have to read this one :).
ReplyDeleteFor some reason - this totally creeps me out ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone for stopping by!
ReplyDeleteRyan--I did find out about the werewolf one when I was researching this one. I can't wait to read that one either!
Really?? First they had to go after my beloved Jane Austen and now my beloved Alcott? What's next? Sara Crewe?
ReplyDeleteSERIOUSLY!?!?! LOL! I would never have thought of this. Boy they really are turning all the classics into these stories. I am actually curious about this one. This is a great find!
ReplyDeleteAnother classic goes paranormal!
