Cat Thursday: Authors and their Cats (4)




Welcome to the weekly meme that celebrates the wonders and sometime hilarity of cats! The second Cat Thursday of each month is Authors and their Cats Thursday.  Each time I will feature an author and their cat(s).  Today I have for you....

This is an image of Stephen King and (supposedly) a cat named Clovis.  This is the cat from the film Sleepwalkers, which is based on one of SK's short stories.  I like to believe that SK is a cat lover.  He certainly has had several stories and books (of which films have been made) featuring cats, including the above mentioned Sleepwalkers, Cat's Eye, Pet Sematary.  Technically not an author with his cat, but it's Halloween month on Cat Thursday so what better way to celebrate than to feature the king of horror. =O)

    I have a special place for Stephen King. He was the first author which my husband I read and swapped books for, when we were dating. Have a great week. Thanks again for hosting - this is a lovely meme.
