Many of you may not know that I have another group on
Goodreads. It's a group I started for
Tennessee Book Bloggers and my goal is to eventually start having group meet-ups or events periodically. I am hoping to get something together for the
Southern Festival of Books this Fall. In the meantime, I decided to start hosting quarterly read alongs (lasting 2 to 3 months, depending on the length of the book) of books by Tennessee authors. Our first read along starts on June 15th (next Wednesday). The schedule can be found in the group. You do not have to be a
Tennessee Book Blogger (or author) to join the group and participate in the read along. So, if you've had this book on your TBR pile for awhile (like I have), why not join us?

Hmm. This is one I will have to contemplate as I have been wanting to read this book for a long time.
ReplyDeleteAh, my mom has this one and I was thinking I'd read it but I just can't fit it in right now. Well, I don't think I can what with trying to read my book club read and The Book Thief. How do you read so fast??
