A COUPLE OF ANNOUNCEMENTS

Halloween Horror Month at TuesBookTalk (on Twitter) starts this Tuesday.  It's not too late to join us.  We are reading Echoes from the Macabre by Daphne Du Maurier.

Reading/Discussion schedule is as follows:

October 5, Stories 1-3, pp. 1-128
October 12, Stories 4-6, pp. 129-226
October 19, Stories 7-9, pp. 227-325
(pages may vary depending on what edition you are reading)

The final week we are reading The Haunting of Hill House by Shirley Jackson

Discussion will take place on October 26.

TuesBookTalk meets on Tuesday nights on Twitter at 10:30pm ET  To join the chat, use hashtag #tuesbooktalk.  If you have any questions, please contact me at truebookaddictATgmailDOTcom

My second announcement is regarding one of the challenges I host, the 101 Fantasy Reading Challenge.  I have decided (with input from participants) to make the challenge a perpetual challenge.  Also, I will be doing quarterly mini-challenges for incentive.  We all know how hard it is to stick to a perpetual challenge without incentive...raise of hands please! My hand is perhaps raised the highest...haha!  Anyway, for full   details about the challenge and mini-challenge...and for sign up, visit the dedicated challenge blog HERE.  Hope to see you there!
