Tackle your TBR Read-a-Thon--Update
This is the first chance I've had to update. Real life...as always. I have done some reading though. My goal for this read-a-thon is 2000 pages and here's what I've read so far...
75 pages of City of Bones, Cassandra Clare
125 pages of The Old Rectory, Julia Ibbotson (finished)
86 pages of The Arrow Chest, Robert Parry
220 pages of Cloud Atlas, David Mitchell
50 pages of The Shogun's Daughter, Laura Joh Rowland (currently reading)
Total pages read so far = 556
It's not looking like I'm going to reach my goal, but still not too shabby for a busy person in a week and a half's time. =O)
How are you doing with the read-a-thon?

Thank you for visiting and taking the time to comment. It means so much.
I apologize for word verification, but as soon as I changed the settings from only users with Google accounts, I started receiving a ton of spam comments...within one hour of changing the settings. The bots are on high alert apparently.

Yes, that really isn't bad. My life has been crazy, so it's amazing I've gotten as much reading as I have done. It's just staying up until midnight every night and listening to some books while I do the dishes and fold laundry and stuff. :) I hope you get a few more pages read before it's over.
ReplyDeleteI forgot about this one. Oh, man, I think I've been reading 2013's books! Off to check. . .
ReplyDeleteGreat job on the read-a-thon - keep up the great work!
ReplyDeleteThis was one of the few I would have liked to have done but have been so busy I did not have a chance to join.
Whew--Cloud Atlas is a toughie! I hope you're enjoying it. I read it a few years ago and keep forgetting to now watch the movie.
