I'm in a serious reading rut...I'm not reading as much as I would like at all! Part of it is because I'm in school right now and I'm doing so much reading for my classes.  But I'm also being a big time procrastinator (big surprise) with reading! Where's the cattle prod?! LOL!

Powers--John B. Olson (still!)

The Tale of the Body Thief--Anne Rice...continuing on audio

I apologize for word verification, but as soon as I changed the settings from only users with Google accounts, I started receiving a ton of spam comments...within one hour of changing the settings. The bots are on high alert apparently.

    I just ordered Shutter Island from Amazon-the move intriged me but the book sounds great. Can't wait to read your review.

    Did you love Shutter Island? I read it forever ago and I really did! I need to see if I had written a review on it. I think it was in my PB days (pre blog)

    I always start the year out slowly as I am HUGE summer reader! I love all the Anne Rice books and they are great escapism reads!

    JuJu, I didn't like Powers. In fact, I got about 130 pages in and gave up. I'll be doing a post about it. I'm not wasting my time anymore on books I don't like!

    Felicia, I'm hoping when I'm on summer break, I'll get a lot more reading done! No school for 4 months will be great for my reading time!
